Plug-in Inventory Management

Problem

Contribution

AT&T's Procurement & Inventory Management (PIM) platform manages roughly $56B in wireline network inventory. I led UX design on the Plug-ins module — the original app in what has since grown into a 4-app suite (Plug-ins, Capital Tools, Minor Materials, TEO) tied together by a shared Angular micro-frontend shell.

Design decisions were shaped by weekly User Story Group governance across four user constituencies: DEG, BFS, NPMG (audit), and FSL. Releases moved through a 3-tier beta model — a dev expert group, a production beta, then full release with a Teams feedback channel.

Major epics: Box Management, Spares Management, Inventory Reconciliation.
